Accounting Associate - (Full Time) Position Summary: As our Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for accurately processing and recording a high volume of customer invoices in-person at our Malvern, PA. Office. This requires close communication with the Project Management Department to ensure timely billing of services. You will also work closely with the sales force to review pricing for accuracy prior to release to the client. Maintaining clear communication with customers regarding payment of overdue invoices is required as well. In addition, you will maintain monthly accounting ledgers and account reconciliations to report sales figures to management and process weekly accounts payable. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Monthly billing and accounts receivable Accounts payable Backup for reporting purposes Monthly reports Potential back up for payroll completion for offsite locations Additional administrative duties as required by management Account reconciliation Contract amendments Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred 3-5 years of accounting experience with at least 1 year experience in billing MS Office and financial software experience such as Peachtree or Quickbooks Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational skills Ability to work on projects with confidence and work within a team Customer service orientation Additional Skills: Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently Must be a self-starter Strong PC aptitude Accounting Associate benefits & perks: Vacation & holiday paid time off 401k with company match Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Plan If you meet these requirements and enjoy a fast paced environment and want to join a great team, we encourage you to apply.
