Candidate Persona
Candidate is a current or former executive with demonstrated success in business development and delivery of technical services in the power generation industry.
Candidate identifies and develops new business prospects leading to engagements that enhance power generation asset value. Candidate is comfortable speaking to a range of power industry executives ranging from plant management to 'C' level asset owners (primarily Private Equity firms). When contracts are closed, Candidate remains involved as a key stakeholder with responsibility for maintaining senior client relationships and ensuring deliverable quality and timeliness.
Candidate brings a wide range of power generation experience and contacts in asset management, financial analysis, opportunity/condition assessments, performance monitoring and diagnostics, energy management, feasibility studies, unit parameter studies, reliability assessments and other power generation studies. Candidate works with numerous entities in the industry including investor\owned electric utilities, municipal electric utilities, electric cooperatives, and independent power producers.
Candidate spends time directly engaged with clients to identify, prioritize and formulate project approaches to meet objectives. Candidate manages internal teams and leads/facilitates external teams in pursuit of these goals. Responsibilities
Develop business with power generation asset owners and operators including both independent (PE owned) power producers and utilities.
Develop and direct strategy to pursue CCGT and renewable energy assets.
Manage new client relationships and project interactions.
Work with internal Company subject matter experts to develop new products and services
